Membership Agreement & Community Standards

1. Welcome to Wicked Fun

Wicked Fun is a private, adults-only lifestyle community built on consent, respect, discretion, and fun. Our goal is to provide a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free environment where like-minded adults can connect, explore, and enjoy themselves responsibly.

These rules exist not to limit your fun—but to protect it. By joining Wicked Fun, you agree to help uphold the culture, privacy, and integrity of our community.

2. What Membership Is (And Is Not)

• Wicked Fun operates solely as a private membership website.
• Membership does not grant admission to any physical club or permanent facility.
• Events are hosted only at temporary, specified venues (such as rented halls, hotels, or private spaces).
• Attendance at events is an optional benefit of Premium Membership and is always subject to approval, availability, venue rules, and event-specific requirements.
• Membership is a privilege, not a right, and may be suspended or revoked at any time at Wicked Fun’s discretion to protect the community.

3. Eligibility & Identity Verification

To apply for Wicked Fun membership and attend events, you must:

• Be 21 years of age or older
• Be a couple, single woman, or single man
• Provide a valid, government-issued photo ID
• Use your real legal name (aliases are not permitted)

4. Community Values & Behavior Expectations

Wicked Fun is built on mutual respect and personal responsibility.

5. Consent & Boundaries (Our Most Important Rule)

Consent is mandatory, ongoing, and non-negotiable.

• You must ask and receive clear, affirmative consent before touching anyone
• No means no
• Silence or hesitation means no
• Only an enthusiastic yes means yes
• Consent may be withdrawn at any time

This includes watching others in play areas. Prolonged observation without consent is not permitted.

6. Privacy, Discretion & Recording Policy

• The privacy of members, staff, and volunteers is essential
• You may not disclose the identity of any member without written consent
• No photography, video, or audio recording is permitted at events
• Cell phones may not be used inside event spaces except where explicitly allowed by staff

Unauthorized recordings are considered “works made for hire” owned by Wicked Fun. Violations may result in injunctive relief, liquidated damages of $100,000 per violation, and recovery of legal fees, as permitted by law.

7. Health, Safety & Personal Risk Acknowledgment

Participation in adult social and lifestyle activities carries inherent risks.

• Wicked Fun does not provide medical advice or services
• Members are responsible for their own sexual health and safety
• Unprotected anal or vaginal sex is prohibited except between fluid-bonded partners
• Unprotected oral sex is discouraged

8. Zero-Tolerance & Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Illegal drugs or controlled substances
• Prostitution or sex trafficking
• Harassment, predatory, or coercive behavior
• Weapons of any kind
• Excessive intoxication
• Recording devices or surveillance equipment

9. Event Rules & Venue Etiquette

To keep events enjoyable for everyone:

• Couples must arrive and depart together
• Play areas are for active participants only
• Please keep noise levels respectful
• Respect venue property and cleanliness
• Smoking and vaping are not permitted
• Follow all venue rules and local laws

Furniture & Cleanliness Policy

Wicked Fun is a shared space. To protect our furniture and maintain a clean environment:

• Intentional squirting is not permitted
• Members who are prone to squirting must bring and properly use a waterproof towel or blanket
• Any damage to Wicked Fun property must be reimbursed in full

10. Alcohol Policy

Wicked Fun does not sell alcohol.

• Members may bring a reasonable amount for personal use where permitted
• Over-intoxication is discouraged
• Guests who appear intoxicated may be denied entry or asked to leave

11. Membership Fees, Donations & Administration

• Membership requires a minimum monthly contribution (currently $20)
• Event donations may be requested to cover operational costs
• Fees may be adjusted in the future
• Memberships are non-transferable
• If a couple dissolves, the membership automatically terminates

12. Legal Protections & Venue

This Agreement is governed by Connecticut law, with exclusive jurisdiction in the Superior Court of Connecticut, County of Middlesex.

Members agree to indemnify and hold Wicked Fun harmless from all claims arising from participation in events, including injuries, property damage, or third-party actions.

All provisions survive termination of membership.

13. Final Acknowledgment

By joining Wicked Fun, you acknowledge that:

• You understand and accept these rules
• You assume all personal risk
• You agree to uphold the values of consent, discretion, and respect
• You understand that membership and event access are privileges
